Wasp HC1 mobile computers merge fast, reliable, rugged construction with the versatility you need for today’s high speed business environments. Effeciently scan barcodes then instantly download your data using the built-in 802.11 a/b/g wireless connection. The HC1 is available with either a 1D or 2D scan engine to meet your range of applications.
The HC1 speed is due to its 1 Ghz TI processor and user-friendly Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 operating system for quick, efficient data collecting. The 3.8 inch oversized, color touch LCD screen enables you to execute two applications at the same time. Designed with the goals of minimizing downtime and increase worker productivity, the HC1 offers the choice of either a 44-key QWERTY keypad (HC1 2D only) or a 26-key numeric keypad.
The HC1 was also designed with rugged work envronments in mind and constructed with durable materials the HC1 and HC1 2D mobile computers can withstand multiple 5’ foot drops to concrete and offers an IP65 particulate and sealant rating which protects the device against water and dust – eliminating costly downtime.
The HC1 comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering material defects.
Wasp offers additional coverage through WaspProtect extended service plans cover accidental breakage and can provide coverage beyond the original warranty.
