Print Quality
Fargo uses a technology known as dye sublimation to create the images. Dye sublimation is the process of vaporizing individual pigments into the clear overlay, which it then lays down on top of the card. This is good for several reasons. With most card printers, multiple passes are made over each card. Tiny alignment issues can happen as a result of the colors not lining up. This makes your print quality just seem "off." Fargo has solved this problem using dye-sublimation.The cards can be fully laminated, making them extremely durable and wear resistant. Scratching or damage from friction impart a lot of wear on the cards and the lamination protects the image from this.
