Topaz SigLite 1x5 T-S460-HSX-R High-Performance USB Signature Capture Pad
The Topaz SigLite 1x5 is Topaz's lower-cost, pressure-sensitive, compact (4.3”W x 1.4"L) electronic signature pad. It features the high-quality forensic and biometric signature capture techniques of a SignatureGem® pad but with a lower-cost touchpad and stylus.
The touchpad sensor (protected by an optional replaceable overlay for longer life) reads the digital, binary pressure of the stylus tip and transmits signature data to the computer at high speed for an easy, accurate electronic signature.
Please note, the SigLite 1x5 shows the signature on the computer screen only.

Frustrated that you required a verified PayPal account (must have bank account linked with PayPal). I don't trust PayPal that much and just use them to proxy CC transactions.
