Shipping Information
If you place your order by 4:00 PM Central Time Monday - Friday, we do our best to ship it the same business day (unless noted otherwise.) If you place your order after 4:00 PM CT on Friday afternoon (or on a weekend or national holiday) your order will ship the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
We ship from our Austin warehouse or one of more than 10 regional warehouses located throughout the United States. Occasionally, we will dropship your order from one of the regional warehouses. We do our best to make certain that you receive all the items you ordered as quickly as possible. Occasionally, we may split your order into multiple packages from different warehouses.
Free Shipping on orders $500+
We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on orders $500 and over. This offer only applies to orders shipped to the contiguous United States (48 States). Label Printer Labels, CD's, DVD's, Blu-ray Disc, Disc Packaging and ID Cards are excluded.

How We Ship
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. Please let us know if it is necessary to ship your order by a different/specific carrier at check out by writing a note in the "Special Instructions" section and we will do our best to accommodate you. We can also use your UPS or FedEx account if you would like.
International Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United States and its Territories. We also ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship to international addresses or accept orders where the credit card billing address is outside of the U.S. and its Territories. The prices on our website are for end users located in the Untied States only. If you are ordering for delivery outside of the US and its Territories, including freight forwarders, please contact us for pricing.
Please note that not all of our warehouses ship by USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally we may have to move stock to a warehouse that can ship by Priority Mail to fulfill your order. This may add 2-3 days to the ship date of your order.
Service Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers when we believe that an alternate carrier will provide better service.
